This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to be part of something special and to make a real difference. We give our Pupil Achievement Coaches the chance to be creative, collaborative and develop skills, passions and attributes in all children.

We are building a great team of people who are innovative, practical and determined to deliver for our children.

We are particularly keen to hear from you if you have phonics experience.

We want all our Pupil Achievement Coaches to develop an expertise. There are 3 main pathways:

● Being a champion of literacy and numeracy helping children achieve
in these fundamental skills.
● Being a specialist in supporting individuals and groups of children
who have specific learning needs.
● Monitoring children who sometimes struggle with their behaviour.

In each area you will go the extra mile for pupils who face particular learning challenges to ensure they make outstanding progress.

Although you will be based in primary there will be many opportunities to share practice across the whole 4 to 18 school.  And of course the whole team will be united in the view that all children can succeed.

School 21 has built strong foundations in a short period of time, confirmed by our recent Ofsted which was outstanding in all categories. There was strong recognition for the ethos and approach of the school:

"Pupils across the school make exceptional progress"

"Through project-based learning "pupils achieve remarkable standards of work and demonstrated knowledge and skills at levels beyond those expected for their age group."

“Pupils talk and discuss with a maturity and confidence that is remarkable for their years."
