How can we bring Stratford to Stratford?

Project Overview

This term students have been working to create a professional supporting exhibition for the brand new Branagh Theatre Live Romeo and Juliet in collaboration with Stratford Picturehouse as part of the Shakespeare 400 celebrations.

The exhibition is designed to support and challenge visitors to the live streamed performance at Stratford Picturehouse on 7th July.  The 10 banners of the exhibition follow the conflict between peace and hate in the play and include:

  • Film clips and audio guides,

  • Exploration of key scenes, themes and characters,

  • Annotated quotations/key scenes
