Arrange a visit

At School 21, we are always keen to welcome visitors, and to share our vision, value and practice.

Teachers and education professionals

School 21 is relaunching its visits programme for 20/21. It's all virtual but you will still be able see classrooms in action, speak to practitioners and leaders and hear from students. There will be a particular focus on our learning from lockdown.

Mornings will involve virtual tours and talks including:

  1. An introduction to our approach: educating the head, heart and hand

  2. Narrated classroom visits in primary and secondary focused on our key areas: oracy, project based learning and coaching/well-being

  3. Learning from lockdown - how we adapted to the online world and the impact it is having now

  4. Opportunities to hear from students about our Real World Learning Projects (our take on work experience)

  5. Q&As with teachers and leaders.

Afternoons will involve more detailed CPD on:

  1. Oracy

  2. Project based learning

  3. Coaching and well-being

  4. Real world learning experiences

CPD sessions will be offered depending on demand.

Businesses and Organisations

We are determined to change education, but many of our key practices and philosophies have been insightful and inspiring for people who have visited us from a diverse range of sectors.

Our students have worked with some of the world’s largest organisations to try and solve some of today’s most challenging problems. We’ve hosted social enterprises to offer a different point of view of local issues. We’ve shared Oracy protocols to help make boardrooms across the UK more collaborative. We’ve brought together innovative thinkers from across the globe and encouraged them to think differently.
